California Air Resources Board Verifies ECS Purifilter
Engine Control Systems, a Catalytic Solutions Company, is pleased to announce that the California Air Resources Board has conditionally verified the ECS Purifilter™ as a Level 3+ device for use with certain 1996-2008 off-road diesel engines. Approved engines are certified to a particulate matter emission level equal to or less than 0.2 grams per brake horsepower-hour, and are rated to at least 50 horsepower and at most 750 horsepower. “This verification is very important to us as well as our customers. The ECS brand represents product quality, high performance and compliance with the ARB and EPA” says Ed Richards, Chief Executive Officer of Engine Control Systems.
